Quick Start Guide

Align the arrows on each battery cell with those on the power hub, then insert firmly until you hear a click. This indicates the battery is securely installed.

Step 2

Connecting

Connect the power hub to the heated apparel’s interface using the cable.

Step 3

Assembling

Charge both battery cells simultaneously using the included 1-to-2 Type-C charging cable.

Step 4

Charging

What should I do if the clothing I received is the wrong size or color and I’d like to exchange it?

Please contact our support team: support@inokraft.com and providing the information below:
1. Order number
2. Issue description
3. Desired color/size for exchange
4. Shipping address
5. Photos of the product that do not affect RESALE (the original tags attached and undamaged, and ensure the batteries have not been registered and are still in their original quantity.)
I've just tried using the clothing, but it's not heating up or working. What should I do?

Make sure two SWAP-ON batteries are fully charged and properly installed in the power hub. It won't work if only one SWAP-ON battery is installed. For more details, kindly refer to the user manual or instructional videos. If the issue persists, please contact our support team and include your information: support@inokraft.com.
How should I clean and maintain the clothing?

Please remember to DISCONNECT and REMOVE the power hub before cleaning. Put the power hub port wire of the clothes completely into the pocket and zip it up.

For daily minor stains, wipe with a damp cloth or hand-wash. Use the washing machine before seasonal storage. For users with heavy perspiration, wash every 2-3 weeks to prevent heating element deterioration.


Machine wash on low temperature; use a laundry bag during washing.


Hang to dry in the shade; avoid tumble drying or high-temperature treatment, as this may compromise waterproofing.
Ensure garments are completely dry before use, as moisture may cause short circuits or render the product inoperable.
How should I maintain the batteries?

For daily use, we recommend charging the battery every 1–2 days. If you need to store the device for an extended period, please make sure to fully charge it before storage to avoid potential battery damage that could affect its performance.
