For any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from inokraftshop.com, you may return or exchange the product within 60 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. To request a return or exchange, you could contact us via email support@inokraft.com with your order number and return/refund request. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange. Please notice that the shipment cost is not refundable.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Before a return can be processed, you must provide us with a photo of the product showing that it is undamaged and unused.

Once your return request has been verified and the returned item(s) was/were inspected, the refund process will be handled by InoKraft CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE TEAM within 3-5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.

Products sold by inokraftshop.com come with their own unique warranty that you can find on the product listing page, package label, or instruction manual. We make every effort to assure that products meet high quality and durability standards, please contact us via email support@inokraft.com for any basic technical support.
This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

We offer free shipping for orders over $59 straight to your door throughout the contiguous US. For orders under $59, shipping fee will be $6.99 for each order.

Choose the nozzle size for your coating:
- 1.0 mm (yellow) for base coat
- 1.3 mm (green) for clear coat
- 1.5 mm (white) for high-solid clear coat
- 1.8 mm (black) for primer
Each set includes a corrosion-resistant brass nozzle, cap, and retaining ring. All four sizes are included in the DX Set, with the 1.0 mm nozzle pre-installed.
